Grosse Pointe Dentist | Ranya Al-Hadidi D.D.S, M.S
Dr. Ranya Al-Hadidi grew up in West Bloomfield, MI and attended The University of Detroit Mercy, where she received a bachelor’s degree in biology and graduated with high honors. She then attended The University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry, where she obtained her doctor of dental surgery. As a dental student, she was inducted into the national dental honor society, Omicron Kappa Upsilon, and was awarded the clinical pediatric dentistry award. Following dental school, Dr. Ranya completed a supplemental two and half years of training and received her certificate and Master of Science degree in Pediatric Dentistry at The University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, with her thesis on "The Effectiveness of Silver Diamine Fluoride as a Treatment for Caries in Comparison to Traditional Restorative Techniques: A 12 Month Randomized Controlled Trial".
Dr. Ranya is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Michigan Dental Association, the Michigan Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.
In her spare time, Dr. Ranya enjoys spending time with her friends and family including her husband Bashir and daughter Eleen, traveling, painting, and playing basketball.
